Our payment gateway is Paypal so if you have a Paypal account you’re good to go. Paypal will also allow you to pay using most credit or debit cards if you don’t have an account.
We guarantee Same Day Shipping for all orders placed by 1 pm EST Monday-Friday and 11 am EST on Saturday. If we miss that guaranteed shipping time then you’ll complain – loudly. Because of this, cancellations are not possible. If our sellers had to wait a few hours to see if someone changed their mind they’d never get anything shipped. We ship via USPS First Class Mail and shipping is always free. You’ll never be surprised with any hidden fees when you check-out. Our vendors are located all over the country and ship from the zip code specified in their Shop Description and shown in the “Browse Our Shops” table on the home page.
We guarantee Same Day Shipping for all orders placed by 1 pm EST Monday-Friday and 11 am EST on Saturday. The USPS promises delivery in 3-5 business days but we do not guarantee delivery times. Our best estimated delivery is 3 – 10 business days, but even this is just an estimate.
Please note: Because we provide free shipping we ship via First Class Mail and have no way to trace your order. We have no control over your order once it leaves our table and enters the USPS system. We do not make any delivery guarantees, nor will we issue refunds if the USPS doesn’t deliver as fast as you want them to.
It doesn’t matter where you live. It doesn’t matter how fast your last order arrived or how fast your orders arrive from other clipping services. It doesn’t matter when your sale is over or that you’ve already pre-ordered the product and you have to pay for it whether you have the coupons or not. We Can Not Guarantee Delivery Times.
Please keep this in mind when ordering coupons that might expire before you receive them or when ordering coupons to meet a sale deadline.
Important: We ship to the address you provide – exactly as you enter it. Please be sure to include all necessary information when you enter your shipping address. If the Post Office alerts us that your order is undeliverable, for any reason, we have no further obligation.
If you order from multiple vendors you will receive multiple envelopes in the mail and they may not all arrive on the same day.
We don’t enter coupons on the site unless we have them physically in stock. If you can see them, we have them and they’re available for order until the inventory runs out.
However, we’re dealing with tiny bits of paper here and sometimes accidents happens.
If, for whatever reason, we can’t ship your order, we issue a refund to your Paypal account for the coupon(s) we can’t ship.
Order Minimums and Limits
We have no minimum order requirements.
We also don’t set order limits. We generally have enough stock to go around but we also believe in the ol’ “The Early Bird Gets The Worm” thing.
Your Shopping Cart
Coupons you place in your shopping cart only stay there for 30 minutes and then your cart is cancelled. If you’re after a HOT coupon we suggest you pay for it first so it doesn’t disappear and then start another order for your regular coupons.
We do not commit stock to your order until payment is received. If you’re paying with a check or money order it can be 3-10 days before we receive your payment – and that means your coupons may be long gone. We suggest you either get a Paypal account and tie it to your debit or credit card or prepay with your check or money order and we’ll issue shop credit to your account. Our mailing address is: P.O. We do not accept pre-orders – ever. No. We just don’t. Don’t even ask.
We rarely issue refunds due to delivery delays because we have absolutely no control over how quickly or accurately the US Postal Service delivers your mail. We are also not responsible if you give us an incorrect or inaccurate shipping address. If your order is returned to the sender because the carrier can not deliver to the address you provided, we have no further obligation to reship your order. Our sellers make very little profit as it is. They can’t afford to ship your order twice because you gave us an erroneous shipping address.
We do not issue refunds if you waited until the last minute to order and the sale ended or the coupons expired before you received them.
We’re happy to issue a refund if you receive the wrong coupons, if your order is short, if the coupons are damaged during the clipping process, if we printed your address wrong on the envelope, or for other errors we commit.
All refunds are issued via Paypal.
