As of about 5 am this morning the date picker on the vendor dashboard and the orders page is working again. However, it’s still a bit wonky. The dates are still defaulting to today’s date, however the results you get are the results for the range you pick.
Here’s what you need to do
- Click in the ‘Start Date’ box and pick your start date
- Click in the “End Date’ box and pick your end date – even if the end date is today’s date.
- Click ‘Update’
If you want to sort a second, different range, click the ‘clear’ button first and then reselect dates in the ‘Start’ and ‘End’ boxes and click ‘Update’ again.
For example: If today is 3/12 and you want to see all of your orders from 3/1 through 3/12 then you would pick ‘3/1’ in the ‘Start Date’ picker and ‘3/12’ in the ‘End Date’ picker, even though today IS 3/12.
Other than that, it appears to be working again. I cleared the cache on our end but if you’re still having trouble then you may need to clear your browser cache. If that doesn’t work, let me know and I’ll see what I can do.
