In order to keep our costs to you, our wonderful customers, as low as possible, the vendors here at The Happy Couponer Marketplace have always shipped your order with no additional shipping or handling fees via USPS First Class Mail.  But sometimes that just isn’t enough.  Especially during the holiday season when the Postal Service is bogged down in mail.  Sometimes you want a little extra assurance that your coupons are on the way.

Now you can get a tracking number for your order so you can watch it every step of the way as it travels from the seller’s cutting table to your mailbox!

How to Get a Tracking Number

When you view your Shopping Cart you’ll see that you now have the option to choose either Free or Paid Shipping.  With Free Shipping you’ll still get the same great service we’ve always provided and your order will ship via USPS First Class Mail with no tracking number.

If you choose the Paid Shipping option you’ll also get the same great service and your order will ship via USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number.

Please, please, PLEASE always remember to check your shipping address on your order BEFORE you pay for it.  Once your order is paid for we can NOT change the shipping address.  Even the most expensive shipping option we could offer would not ensure delivery if you give us the wrong address.

Frequently Asked Questions

If I add a tracking number will I get my order faster?

No.  All of our orders ship via USPS First Class Mail.  Adding a tracking number simply means you’ll be able to watch your order travel through the USPS process and you’ll be able to see when it will be delivered to you.

How does paying an additional fee for a tracking number benefit me?

Adding a tracking number means that you’ll be able to see exactly when the seller shipped your order.  You’ll also be able to see where it is in the Postal delivery system.  And, assuming you’ve given us the correct shipping address, you’ll have a tracking number that you can use to contact the USPS if a delivery problem arises.

Can I pay one fee for tracking for my whole order?

  • If you order from only one seller you only need to pay for shipping on one item to get a tracking number for the whole order.
  • Because each of our sellers ships from their own location, if you order from multiple sellers on the same order you’ll need to pay for one item per seller to get a tracking number from each of them.

How do I get my tracking number?

When the seller processes your order you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How do I use a tracking number?

Go to the USPS website at USPS.com and type your tracking number in the box that says “Search or Track Packages” then hit your Enter key.

What if I order more than one item from the same seller?

If you order more than one item from the same seller, you only need to select paid shipping on one item.  All the items on your order will ship in the same envelope – with tracking!

What if I order multiple items from multiple vendors on the same order?

If you order from more than one seller on the same order you have the option of choosing free or paid shipping from each seller.  That means, if you want a tracking number for all of your coupons you simply tick the dot for paid shipping from each seller.  But if you’re only concerned about tracking one of the items on your order you only need to select paid shipping for that one item.

Can I get 2-Day Priority Shipping?

We no longer offer Priority shipping for two reasons:

  • In most cases the cost of Priority shipping greatly exceeds the savings you’d see from the coupons.
  • Contrary to popular opinion, the Post Office does not actually guarantee 2-day delivery on Priority mail.  In fact, we’ve tested this and found that sometimes it’s taken up to 2 weeks for a Priority package to arrive at its destination!
