Shipping Information

Same-day Shipping

All orders that are paid for before 1 pm EST Mon-Fri will ship the same day.  Orders placed after the cut-off time will ship on the next business day.  Business days are Mon-Fri.  Most of our vendors also ship on Saturday.

Please note:  We must receive your payment before you order will ship.  With Paypal this isn’t usually a problem – your payment is processed immediately.  However, if you are using a debit or credit card, some processors may take up to 24 hours to send your payment through to us, which will delay shipping of your order.

Shipping Charges

In order to keep prices as low as possible, we ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail.   “Free shipping” means just that – we do not charge any additional fees for shipping.  Ever.

Tracking Numbers

Because many of our customers use apps to track their mail now we’ve had a lot of requests for tracking numbers.  If you would like to have a tracking number added to your shipment, please choose the paid ($2.00) shipping option on that item during checkout.  For more information about tracking numbers read Now You Can Add Tracking to Your Order. Adding a tracking number to your order does not guarantee a faster or more accurate delivery.  It simply means you’ll be able to track your order through the USPS system.

Shipping Times

We guarantee Same Day Shipping for all orders placed by 1 pm EST Monday-Friday. The USPS promises delivery in 3-5 business days but we do not guarantee delivery times.  Our best estimated delivery is 3 – 10 business days, but even this is just an estimate.

Please note: Because we provide free shipping we ship via First Class Mail and we have no way to trace your order. We have no control over your order once it leaves our table and enters the USPS system.  We do not make any delivery guarantees, nor will we issue refunds if the USPS doesn’t deliver as fast as you want them to, if they deliver to the wrong address, or if they return your envelope marked “Undeliverable” for any reason.

The Happy Couponer Marketplace is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail.

It doesn’t matter where you live. It doesn’t matter how fast your last order arrived or how fast your orders arrive from other clipping services. It doesn’t matter when your sale is over or that you’ve already pre-ordered the product and you have to pay for it whether you have the coupons or not. We Can Not Guarantee Delivery Times.

Please keep this in mind when ordering coupons that might expire before you receive them or when ordering coupons to meet a sale deadline.

Important: We ship to the address you provide – exactly as you enter it. Please be sure to include all necessary information when you enter your shipping address.  If the Post Office alerts us that your order is undeliverable, for any reason, we have no further obligation.

If you order from multiple vendors you will receive multiple envelopes in the mail and they may not all arrive on the same day.

 

Please Proofread Your Shipping Address!

We do not check Paypal to confirm your shipping address.  We copy and paste your shipping information directly from your order, exactly as you have entered it.  If the Post Office alerts us that your order is undeliverable, for any reason, we have no further obligation.

 

Ordering From Multiple Vendors

If you order from multiple vendors on the same order, please keep in mind that each vendor ships from their own location.  Your coupons will arrive in separate envelopes and will not always arrive on the same day.

 

We do not accept cancellations

Please double-check your order before moving to the checkout page.  We begin processing your order the second it’s paid for.  Your order can NOT be cancelled.

Product Availability

We don’t enter coupons on the site unless we have them physically in stock. If you can see them, we have them and they’re available for order until the inventory runs out.

However, we’re dealing with tiny bits of paper here and sometimes accidents happens.

If, for whatever reason, we can’t ship your order, we issue a refund to your Paypal account for the coupon(s) we can’t ship.
